Regolamento della Lotteria di Beneficenza del Festival Aaltoo (scroll down for the english version)
Biglietti: Sono disponibili 75 biglietti totali, ognuno al costo di 6 euro.
Premi: Ci sono 12 premi in palio, per un valore totale superiore a 350 euro (oltre 550 se acquistati online), garantendo un'aaltaa probabilità di vincita. Per una descrizione dettagliata dei premi, consulta la sezione Descrizione Premi qui sotto.
Acquisto Biglietti:
· Online: 25 biglietti possono essere acquistati online tramite Satispay o Paypal, contattandomi in privato.
· In Fiera: I restanti 50 biglietti saranno disponibili presso lo stand di Simone Massoni nell'area Market del Teatro Concordia, durante i giorni del Festival.
Modalità di Estrazione: L'estrazione avverrà in diretta allo stand di Simone Massoni, domenica 8 settembre alle 17:00, utilizzando un'Urna da Bingo dedicata, contenente 75 palline numerate, per garantire l'estrazione casuale.
Devoluzione: L'intera somma raccolta verrà devoluta all'associazione Mediterranea, senza alcuna detrazione.
Spedizione Premi: Contatterò privatamente i vincitori che hanno acquistato i biglietti online o che non possono essere presenti all'estrazione, per concordare la spedizione dei premi a mio carico.
Donazione: Il bonifico all'associazione Mediterranea verrà eseguito venerdì 13 settembre, con documentazione inviata via email ai partecipanti.

2 - Cofanetto portfolio "Long Story Short" tema: CRIME, contenente 10 serigrafie numerate e firmate. Tiratura di 50 esemplari. Valore 150 € online, 90 € in Fiera.
3 - Serigrafia Artistica "The Perfect Cut" a due colori con Timbro in Oro, stampata a mano presso La Stamperia d'arte Fallani di Venezia. Tiratura di 35 esemplari, firmata e numerata. Valore 60 € online, 45 € in Fiera.
4 - Serigrafia Artistica "Calypso": Due colori, Blu-Oro, stampata su carta Canaletto Granagrossa by Cordenons 310gsm. Tiratura di 100 esemplari firmati. Valore 40 € online, 25 € in Fiera.
5-11 - Ogni premio da 5 a 11 sarà una stampa a caso della serie Long Story Short. Temi: LOVE, STYLE, FOOD & CRIME. Ogni stampa firmata e numerata in 50 esemplari. Valore di ogni serigrafia: 20 € online, 14 € in Fiera.
12 - Borsa Tote di Cotone. Tema: Streaming Safari. Valore 14 € online, 11 € in Fiera.
Termini e Condizioni
1— Partecipazione: La partecipazione alla lotteria è aperta a tutti i maggiorenni. L'acquisto del biglietto implica l'accettazione integrale del presente regolamento.
2— Acquisto Biglietti: I biglietti acquistati non sono rimborsabili. Ogni partecipante può acquistare più di un biglietto, sia online che in Fiera, fino all'esaurimento degli stessi.
3— Estrazione: L'estrazione dei premi sarà condotta in modo casuale utilizzando l'Urna da Bingo dedicata. I numeri vincenti verranno annunciati pubblicamente durante la diretta.
4— Premi: I premi non possono essere convertiti in denaro. I vincitori non presenti all'estrazione verranno contattati per concordare la spedizione del premio.
5— Spese di Spedizione: Le spese di spedizione dei premi saranno a carico dell'organizzatore e non verranno dedotte dalla somma raccolta.
6— Modifiche al Regolamento: L'organizzatore si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche al presente regolamento per motivi organizzativi, garantendo che tali modifiche non alterino l'equità della lotteria.
7— Donazione: L'intero ricavato verrà donato all'associazione Mediterranea, senza alcuna detrazione per spese organizzative o di altro tipo.
8— Controversie: Per qualsiasi controversia o dubbio, fa fede il presente regolamento. In caso di ulteriori chiarimenti, i partecipanti possono contattare l'organizzatore tramite i canali indicati.

Tickets: A total of 75 tickets are available, each costing 6 euros.
Prizes: There are 12 prizes, with a total value of over 350 euros (over 550 euros if purchased online), ensuring a high chance of winning. For detailed prize information, refer to the Prize Description section below.
Ticket Purchase:
· Online: 25 tickets can be purchased online via Satispay or Paypal by contacting me privately.
· At the Festival: The remaining 50 tickets will be available at Simone Massoni's booth in the Market area at Teatro Concordia during the Festival.
Drawing Method: The drawing will be conducted live at Simone Massoni's booth on Sunday, September 8th, at 5:00 PM, using a dedicated Bingo machine with 75 numbered balls to ensure random selection.
Prize Shipping: Winners who purchased tickets online or are unable to attend the drawing will be contacted privately to arrange prize shipment at my expense.
Donation: The bank transfer to the Mediterranea association will be made on Friday, September 13th, with documentation sent via email to participants.

Terms and Conditions
1— Participation: Participation in the lottery is open to all adults. Purchasing a ticket implies full acceptance of these rules.
2— Ticket Purchase: Tickets purchased are non-refundable. Each participant can purchase more than one ticket, both online and at the Festival, until sold out.
3— Drawing: The prize drawing will be conducted randomly using the dedicated Bingo machine. Winning numbers will be announced publicly during the live drawing.
4— Prizes: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners not present at the drawing will be contacted to arrange prize delivery.
5— Shipping Costs: The organizer will cover the shipping costs of the prizes, and these will not be deducted from the funds raised.
6— Rule Modifications: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to these rules for organizational reasons, ensuring that such changes do not affect the fairness of the lottery.
7— Donation: All proceeds will be donated to the Mediterranea association, with no deductions for organizational expenses or other reasons.
8— Disputes: In the event of disputes or doubts, these rules shall prevail. Participants can contact the organizer via the provided channels for further clarifications.
